Overview
The back office of Lutfaz, an online fashion brand in Bangladesh. Moderators paste an order straight from Messenger and the form fills itself. The owner approves it and the parcel is booked with Steadfast or Pathao. What the courier reports flows back into stock, moderator commission and a ledger where every taka is one row, so the day's profit is known every evening.
What it does
- 01Paste an order from Messenger and the form fills itself, typos in product and colour included
- 02One review queue: approve, and the parcel is booked with Steadfast or Pathao
- 03An ID per variant, like P002-MAR-54, that says product, colour and size
- 04Courier results settle orders by themselves, partial deliveries included
- 05A ledger where every taka is one row: profit by day, cash per account, business worth
- 06Stock at cost with counts and tailor receipts, and per-piece commission for moderators
